How to start a return or exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@profscrubs.com.au with your order number and details of your request.
Returns or exchanges must be approved prior to sending any items back.
Return eligibility
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected (if required).
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable or there is a price difference, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@profscrubs.com.au immediately.
We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and provide a refund, replacement, or repair where applicable. Claims made after the 30 days return may not be eligible, unless the item is deemed to have a major fault.
