Order Processing
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that during product launches, promotions, restocks, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly delayed due to increased order volumes.

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Australia Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated 1–4 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on Australian orders over $120 AUD
International Shipping

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $120 AUD.
For orders below $120 AUD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. Prof.Scrubs is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at
info@profscrubs.com.au with your order number and any relevant photos.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, Prof.Scrubs is not responsible for stolen or missing parcels.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
